Mr. Moreno Gámez was a member of Coparmex's Consulting Board in Tijuana and President of Coparmex's Comisión de Vivienda in Tijuana, B.C. Currently he is a member of Tijuana's Board of Economic Development or Consejo de Desarrollo Economico de Tijuana (CDT), of the Patronato del DIF Municipal de Tijuana and of Infonavit's Consulting Board in Tijuana. Mr. Cázares González acted as Systems Engineer in Mezoro, in Hermosillo, Sonora, from 1976 to 1977 and Manager of Real Estate Development of Grupo Edel, in Hermosillo, Sonora, from 1979 to 1981. Mr. Cázares González holds a degree in Industrial and Managing Engineering from the Universidad de Sonora.
Mr. Carrillo González was awarded the environmental Medalla al Mérito Cívico (Civil Merit Medal) by the state of Nuevo León in 1997. He is President of the Comisión Estatal de Ecología (the State Environmental Commission) of the state of Nuevo León and has acted as President of Comision Estatal de Ecologia del estado de Nuevo León, member of the Board of Directors of the Instituto de Protección Ambiental de Nuevo Leon, Director of the Cámara Nacional de la Industria del Cemento (the National Chamber of the Cement Industry), and member of the Chemistry Doctorate Commission of the Universidad de Nuevo León. He obtained the Ollin Tonatiuh award in 1995. In 1967, he joined Cemex, S.A. de C.V. where he acted as General Superintendent of the Torreón Plant, Manager of the Monterrey Plant, Operations Director for the Northern Region and Technical Director. Mr. Carrillo González obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
Mr. Luken Aguilar is currently the President of the Board of the Americas Institute of the University of California in San Diego, President of Pronatura Noreste Mar de Cortes, A.C., and Vice president of Pronatura Nacional, A.C. Mr. Luken Aguilar acted as President of the Board of Directors of GE Capital México S.A., a subsidiary of GE Capital Services, President of the Board of Directors of Próxima Gas, S.A. de C.V., and Director of various companies and organizations in Mexico and the United States. Mr. Luken Aguilar acted as General Director of Centra, the holding company of Grupo Hernández de Mexicali in 1962, General Director of Financiera de Fomento Industrial in 1972, which was transformed into Unibanco in 1977. Mr. Luken Aguilar also acted as President of the Board of Directors of Operadora de Bolsa in 1990, of which he was a founder, and as President of the Board of Directors of Grupo Financiero OBSA. Mr. Luken Aguilar holds a degree in Accounting from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

He has also acted as Organization Director of Delegaciones Salvat, General Director of Dime, Corporate Director of Dime and Corporate Director of Avigrupo. He has been a professor at the Universidad Panamericana, IAE Argentina, IDE Ecuador, INALDE Colombia, and INCAE Costa Rica and Instituto Internacional San Telmo Espanol. ALBERTO MULAS ALONSO. Founding member of CReSE Financial Consulting and Strategic Planning. Mr Mulas has twelve years of experience in Investment Banking, including debt and capital financing, as well as consulting on mergers and acquisitions, corporate sales and financial restructurings in collaboration with banks such as: JP Morgan, Lehman Brothers and Bankers Trust. In addition, Mr. Mulas serves as an independent advisor to multilateral Organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund on issues such as corporate debt restructuring and housing policies. He also acts as an independent advisor to companies such as ICA, Satélites Mexicanos, Nafin, Bancomext, and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (EUA). Recently, he has worked in the Federal Government in President Vicente Fox's Administration as the Undersecretary for Urban Development and Housing where he was responsible for the design and implementation of the Strategic Design for the Housing Sector, including the creation of the National Commission to Strengthen the Housing Sector (Comisión Nacional de Fomento a la Vivienda), and then, as the first National Commissor, he was the creator of the Federal Mortgage Society (la Sociedad Hipotecaria Federal). Mr. Mulas Alonso received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana de México where he received Honorable Mention and he received his Masters in Business Administration (Finance and Planning) from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Pérez Hernández is also the Director and founder of the Centro de Investigación y Estudios Fiscales, A.C., an organization that was also founded in 1977 and that is dedicated to the investigation and to organizing public expositions on fiscal, financial and economic topics. For ten years, he taught tax courses at the Accounting and Business Administration School at the Centro de Enseñanza Técnica y Superior (CETYS Universidad). He is also a tax professor at the Accounting and Business Administration School at the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California. He has taught Financial Law and the Legal Managerial Process at the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California's Law School.
